Is Starbahis Legit? Licence, Owner and the Real Risks

2 October 2026 · 8 min read · By Starbahis Casino Blog

“Is Starbahis legit?” does not have an honest one-word answer. What can be offered instead is a set of facts you can check: which company is behind the site, who issued its licence, what the register shows today, and which clauses in the operator’s own rules can work against a player who has not read them. This article goes through each of them and shows how to verify it yourself. There is no verdict at the end — that part is yours.

Starbahis licence register record and safety checklist

Who owns Starbahis? The company behind the brand

Starbahis is operated by Vanta Technology LTD, a company registered in Belize under number 000050233, with its registered address listed in the licence register as San Victor Street, Orange Walk Town, Belize. The platform’s footer says the same thing: operated by Vanta Technology LTD, licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence ALSI-202509020-FI1.

This matters more than it looks. Someone asking who runs a casino really wants to know who they will be dealing with when something goes wrong. The answer is a company, not a logo: in any dispute about your account, your counterparty is Vanta Technology LTD. The register gives the company’s name, number and address; the sources we used publish nothing about its owners or directors, so neither does this article.

The full breakdown, how the footer verification seal works and which documents account verification requires are on our licensing page.

How to check the Starbahis licence yourself

  1. Open the Anjouan Gaming Authority’s official Verify a Licence page.
  2. Type ALSI-202509020-FI1, “Vanta Technology” or starbahis.com into the search box — all three lead to the same record.
  3. Read the status first: does it say Valid? Then read the expiry date: is it still in the future?
  4. Check that the brand you use appears in the record’s list of domains.
  5. Compare the company name and licence number in the footer of the address you are on with the register.

A record in the register is not enough on its own. Suspended and expired licences stay visible too — “there is a record” is not the same as “the licence is in force”. Status and date have to be read together.

Is the Starbahis licence still valid? The register on 27 September 2026

The licence was granted for one year, and the expiry date shown in the register is 15 September 2026. That date has passed. On 27 September 2026 we checked the register data through the Vantegris License Index, a CC BY 4.0 mirror of the official Anjouan register. The record still showed status “valid” with an expiry of 15.09.2026 — so if the licence has been renewed, the renewal was not reflected in the register on that day.

Is that a red flag in itself? The wider dataset puts it in context: 336 of the 1,526 licences in it show exactly the same pattern — status valid, expiry date already passed. A pattern that common looks more like the register lagging behind than a problem specific to one operator. But “looks like” is not verification, and we do not present it as a fact.

What to do: search the licence number again on the official verification page before you deposit. A new expiry date means the renewal has been processed. Anything other than Valid — suspended or expired — is something to know before you decide. The date in this article is the day we checked; the record you see may be newer.

One licence, 40 domains: what that means

Licence ALSI-202509020-FI1 does not cover starbahis.com alone. The register record now lists 40 domains; when our licensing page was written in August 2026 the number was 38. The current list:

55bets.net, altinslots.com, bahisbom.com, betinebet350.com, betjuve.com, betkontak.com, betlori.com, betmartin.com, betorbet.com, betstake88.com, cashwin.ai, casibar.com, casimost.com, cassinox.com, cazinom.casino, dancebet.com, erabet.com, etibet365.com, fifabahis.com, finalbahis.com, goley90.com, icebahis.com, k9win.com, k9wintky.com, mojobet.co, myhitbet.com, pradabet.com, rimebet.com, starbahis.com, thecasino1.com, vanobet.com, winbum.com, winvala.com, www.africabet.com, www.betkare.com, www.betpuf.com, www.fui.bet, www.kankibet.com, www.pokerbetaspor.com, yesmorebet.com

For a player this has three consequences. First, brands such as bahisbom.com, altinslots.com, casibar.com, finalbahis.com, betjuve.com and k9win.com all share the same legal counterparty: Vanta Technology LTD. Different logo, different colours, same legal entity. Second, because they all hang on a single licence, any change in that licence’s status affects all of them at once. Third, when you come across an unfamiliar name, a register search tells you within minutes whether it sits under the same roof.

What an Anjouan licence gives you, and what it does not

An Anjouan licence shows that the operator was authorised by a regulator and is subject to its rules. It means a registered company, a registered address and a body you can escalate to. Compared with a site that holds no licence at all, that is a concrete difference.

It should not be oversold. Do not expect the mandatory segregation of player funds, independent dispute adjudication and advertising scrutiny that come with Malta or UK regulation. In a dispute you deal first with the operator’s support team and then with the regulator, and the process may not move as quickly or as transparently as under a European licence. Our support and complaints guide covers the channels and the order in which a complaint moves.

Is Starbahis legal in Turkey?

Starbahis is not licensed by any Turkish authority. Its licence comes from Anjouan, and that only shows the operator is authorised in that jurisdiction. Access to the site is blocked in Turkey, which is why its address keeps changing.

When one numbered address is blocked, the platform moves to the next. On 2 October 2026 starbahis101.com no longer answered and the platform was being served from starbahis105.com. Whatever number you land on, if the footer does not show Vanta Technology LTD and ALSI-202509020-FI1, the page is not this platform. How to find the current address and spot a copy site is covered in Starbahis current login address.

Is Starbahis a scam? The real risks written into the rules

A blog article cannot prove or disprove that, so we say neither yes nor no. What we can say is that the operator’s own published rules contain clauses that work against anyone who plays without reading them. None of them is hidden, but they are easy to miss:

  • Bonus winning caps. With the welcome bonus you can withdraw at most 20x the bonus; with Legendary Sunday and Refer a Friend, 40x; with the free-spin and scatter offers, 10x the deposit. Anything above the cap is removed.
  • One-withdrawal rule. A bonus normally allows a single withdrawal: whatever balance remains afterwards cannot be cashed out a second time.
  • Verification before withdrawal. Winnings can only be withdrawn once identity verification is complete. You need an identity document and proof of address issued within the last 3 months; rental agreements are not accepted. For requests involving verification documents the operator says it will reply within one month.
  • Details you cannot change. Name, date of birth, account currency and country cannot be changed by you after registration.
  • Short wagering windows. Usually 1 or 3 days; unfinished wagering is cancelled automatically, and the bonus goes with it.
  • Abuse clause and one-sided changes. A player found abusing a bonus loses all winnings and keeps only the deposited amount. The operator reserves the right to change the rules or withdraw a promotion.

None of these caps applies if you play without a bonus. The only offer on the list with no wagering is the loss bonus — details in our no-wager bonus article, and the terms of every offer on the bonuses page. For the withdrawal steps see Starbahis withdrawals; for document preparation see registration and verification.

Then there is what is not published. The operator pages we used make no commitment on how long a withdrawal takes, and there is no published monthly withdrawal limit. We cannot give you a payout time because there is no source to base it on.

A five-minute check before you decide

  1. Search the licence number in the official register; read the status and the expiry date.
  2. Compare the company name and licence number in the footer of the address you are on; check that the verification seal is clickable and leads to the regulator.
  3. Read the wagering multiple, time limit and winning cap of any bonus you plan to take.
  4. Have your identity and address documents ready before your first withdrawal request.
  5. Enter your name, date of birth and currency correctly the first time you register.

Conclusion: check it, then decide yourself

This article does not label Starbahis “safe” or “unsafe”. What it establishes is this: behind the platform is a company whose name, number and address are in the register; the licence comes from Anjouan and is visible in the register, but the expiry date shown has passed and a renewal had not been reflected as of 27 September; the licence does not provide the protections of European regulators; and the platform is not licensed in Turkey. The rules are written down and readable, and most of the risks sit right there. Check the register yourself, read the rules, then make your own call.
